Message: Im thinking the old trans is about done so i was wondering what i should do. have this one rebuilt or try to go with somthing stronger. im not shore i may start playing with powering up my 5.2 what would be a good idea for a trans a replacement like the one i have is between 1000and 1600$ i dont realy want to spend much more than 2500$What are your suggestions?

Level 2 Viper is what I got.
Includes torque converter (your choice of stall speed), very reasonable shipping, no core charge or core return issues, your choice of stages 1,2,or 3 on the shift kit. They also sell a huge line of rebuild parts, especially the ones that make for stronger trannies. So far, I have yet to see anyone offer a tranny like that at that price including the converter and not having a core charge.
