Subject: 2003 dakota transfer case question IP: Logged
Message: I need some advice . I have a 2003 dakota and the transfer case seems to be shot .
every bit of information I can find on line says this truck uses a NV233 transfer case , but the tag on the transfer case on the truck says new process gear in red letters and stamped on the tag is 233D.
so what is the deal, does it take a NV233 . or the NP233D ? i dont want to buy anything until I get this figured out
any help will be appreciated..
