my trans if it sets a couple days I start it and have to let it set in gear a few minutes before it starts to move. i know they had big issue with dodge autos i was wondering if any one could tell me whats wrong with it

Nope. Can't tell without knowing which tranny you got. If it's the 545rfe, the problem is usually a faulty anti-drainback mechanism in the ATF fluid cooler return line filter. The filter is in the tranny and you gotta drop the pan to get at it.
