 Subject: kickdown linkage

I just bought a 93 dakota sport reg cab short box 318 auto and the tranny doesnt like to kick down into first once your going over 20 km/h. I looked at the cable underneath the truck and couldnt find any adjustment. On my old 91 it was a linkage that you had to slide. Can any one help me out here? Thanks

It's up on the passenger side of the throttle body on the Magnums. Squeeze the clip and adjust the cable, then release.
