Message: I have a 2001 SLT Dakota 4x4 QC with 81k miles. We only use our 4x4 about once a year and it quit working, with the "Service 4x4" light coming on. We took it to the dealer and they want $700 to fix it. They said it needs a Transfer Case electronic module. If we buy the part, does anybody know where to install it at? When the mechanic looked at the truck, he hooked up the DRB and then crawled under the truck and felt something underneath saying it was "hot."
Message: I have problem with my dakota 01mdel v8 .theres no power coming from the relay.there is no supply from the injectors as well from sparkplug.there is a hard time starting the engine
