I have a dodge 360 that keeps blowing the fusible link to the starter, it has done it two times in 2 weeks. It has a new ignition switch.
Can the starter burn it out by possibly drawing too much amperage? Or can a bad ground do this.

I would start by finding out how much the starter is drawing.
