Message: On page 3 I posted a note about a strange creak I was getting when I was first getting in and out of my truck. After searching and searching I believe I have finaly found the problem. Heres a link:

Message: JD, make sure that you are attempting to cure the same problem. I know of two areas on the Dak that cause the symptoms you describe. One is the cab pop, which the TSB refers to, and the other is more of a squeeking that comes from either the front end bushings, or the rear spring bushings.
My 02 will do the cab pop on turns where I have a frame twist in the middle of it. It also squeeks from the rear spring bushings, where the bushings actually look like they've been squeezed out of the retaining clip.
