Message:
I have a 2001 dakota 4x4 and am having a problem. My left front blinker does not work the light flashes really fast like a bulb is out but that isn't it. I replaced the multifunction switch, or the blinker and windsheild wiper unit but that didn't fix it. Any suggestions on how to fix it are greatly appreciated. Also, no fuses are blown. Thanks

Have you replaced the bulbs or just looked at them?? Ive seen a few that look good but are bad. Also, does the right one function correctly? If the right one is functioning then Id say you have a bulb or wire problem.

Have you tried switching bulbs from the other blinker? My left blinker was the same thing. Put in a new bulb then the right one started acting up. Switched bulbs now all is fine. Me thinks connection was not good. Check tire pressure on right rear too (just kidding).

Had the same problem a couple of weeks ago. It was the tail light bulb. When I replaced it the problem was fixed.
