Message: If you already have the m1 intake manifold. I would highly recommend buying the 52mm TB because it really works well with the M1 intake. Also after buying the 52mm Tb, I would check your A/F ratio. Because some of the guys I know found that with the mopar pcm, full exhaust, M1, 52mm Tb, ignition system, and CAI. They were running a little lean with the stock injectors.

Message: Anything larger than 50mm on a mildly modded 5.2 or 5.9 is a waste of money. I tried a 52 mm on a 92 5.2 with many mods on it, all that really happened was a noticeable loss of torque on the low end. I had a noticeable gain above 3000 rpm up to 4500 rpm. The stock throttle body for the 5.2 and 5.9 flows about 635 cfm. A modded stocked throttle body; removing air horns, rounding out the top openings, removing the 48mm taper and opening up to a true 50mm and thinning the shaft will result in a 15 to 17% increase in flow. A 17 percent increase in flow equals 742 cfm. That is more than enough increase in flow. If you want the best go with a 50 mm F&B about 760 cfm.
I see that you are running an M1 intake you could run the 52mm F&B id you plan on racing. Then I would go with a 2400 rpm stall torque convertor to take advantage of the higher rpm. Your choice, I put my 2 cents worth. Go luck and report back what you decided to do.
92 and 97 Daks both with many mods.

Message: How about you get your pcm flashed by B&G Chrysler. Sell your Hypertech programmer and get your pcm flashed. Its like $400-450 to get it flashed if I remember correctly.
