 Subject: Lights Flicker?

So, i took my truck into the dealer to get a O2 sensor fixed and they flashed the PCM about two weeks ago. Then about two days ago my lights(exterior and interior) start flickering(like on and off) and where the check engine light is a light that says "security" flashes too. I dont have a security alarm and there isnt a chip in my key either...i searched and couldnt find anything,...any clues?
I went to the dealer and they say it wasnt them...its a bad BCM and they charge 69 bucks just to look at it.

Took it back and changed the BCM and it fixed it (300 Bucks)
