Yeah, they'll fit, but you need to be sure the pistons not exceed deck height. The 340 has a larger bore than the 360, and the Magnum heads are closed chamber, so piston/deck clearance is the issue. Aside from that, the usual changes are necessary....oiling (special length) pushrods, oiling lifters, Magnum rocker system, Magnum intake (or have the Magnum heads drilled for LA-style attachment), Magnum head bolt set. Remember, the Magnum heads have no heat cross-overs, so you'll need a manual, or electric choke if using a carburetor.
