Message: You left out an important piece of information, Bubba, so I just guessed that you have a 545RFE.
Here's from the FSM:
"The transmission temperature sensor is a thermistor that is integral to the Transmission Range Sensor (TRS)."
The TRS is up inside the tranny around the valve body.

Message: My bad Im told its a 46re, temp sensor not working since i put the trans in ,i was also told there were two different wiring harnesses for these transmissions and that may be the problem
