Haven't seen JasonB for a while, so here's what I can give you from my 2004 FSM.
1. Country of Origin. 1=Built in US
2. Make. D=Dodge
3. Vehicle type. 7=truck
4. GVWR. F=GVWR 4000-5000lbs
5. Vehicle Line. L=Dakota 4x2
6. Series. 3=medium
7. Body Style. 6=regular cab
8. Engine. N=4.7L
9. check digit. Can be any number 0 thru 9 or the letter X
10. Model year. 4=2004 model
11. Assembly Plant. S=Warren Truck Assembly
12-17 Vehicle Build Sequence. 547755th Dakota

I'm thinking he was asking for a build sheet run from this VIN. Something that only DCX parts and service guys have access to at the workplace.
