I have the Dynomax and I LOVE it's super-mellow, growly tone. But 'better' is subjective. Cowboy1 is right if you want aggressive - get the FlowMasters.

I had Flowmaster 40's and although they do sound more aggressive and louder, within 6 months something came apart on the inside and vibrated. I changed them out with the Dynamax and they have a nice low sound (still loud) and have lasted a bit for over a year and a half.
Gotta love them on ramps!
