Like my mother always said... If you don't have something nice to say, don't say anything at all! People come here for technical advice from other Dodge enthusiasts, not to be ridiculed about their use of grammar and punctuation. If you don't have any advice don't bother posting a reply! I have a '94 Dak so I have no experience with OBD2, but I'm sure someone on here will probably have a suggestion for you. Your EGR valve may be sticking, I had that happen on a car that I had and it gave me fits. Good luck!

You can check the fuel pump relay by swapping it out with the horn relay to see if the problem goes away.

The Siemens made relays on Dodges were known to be defective, Dodge changed to Tyco relays sometime in 2003 if I remember right. It says on the top of the relay whether it is Tyco or Siemens.

Even if the problem isn't your relay, I'd recommend to anyone with Siemens relays to go to there dealer parts department and buy a couple of the Tyco relays to keep in the truck just in case.

I had a similar problem. It seemed like the choke wasn't working. When starting it I had to keep my foot on the pedal to keep it running til' it warmed up or the RPM's would drop and it would die. It didn't happen every day either. It totally disappeared after I installed a new battery when the old one died. Go figure.

jerry, that doesn't sound uncommom. these PCM's are very sensitive to voltage fluctuations. same thing happened to me.
