Change out your rear diff. speed sensor. $42.00 Be sure to put some di-electric grease on the new sensor.
Does your speedo work below about 40mph?
Simple fix. Takes about 5 minutes to do (that includes the time to jack up the truck.

I had a wheel cylinder bust and trip both lights on me. course the big puddle of brake fluid helped point out my problem.
