Should be a "Transmission Control System Malfunction".
Kinda vauge, dunno what that could implicate.
Check the obvious; snagged wires, loose connectors, fluid level etc...

PO700 sets another code that can only be read with a code reader. that code will tell you the problem. Autozone can read it for free. I had mine checked there when i had a po700. Said it was a sensor, got new sensor, problem solved.
