Message: Is any one running the Autolite racing plugs?
I haven't seen much discussion on these, but they do come with a cut back electrode that is thicker than than the std. 39 series plugs. They retail for 2.50 in my market. Seems like the only way to go to me.

Message: The "Race Plugs" are an old trick repackaged. You can cut the electrode tip off of the standard 3923, 3924, 5224 plug (or whatever your passion is...except for the platinum plugs) to expose the tip. The only difference is the Race plugs are NON-Resistor and the standard plugs are Resistor type plugs. You don't want to run Non-Resistor plugs on these engines due to the electronics. Regardless of what type of wires you're running...there will always be the chance of interference from the plugs and the electronics can go hay-wire (causing poor running conditions).
