Subject: Blower Fan Problem IP: Logged
Message: On Thanksgiving the blower fan in my '02 Dak stopped working. The thermostat and function dials still work properly but the fan does nothing at all when I turn the speed dial.
I am not sure if it is the switch, fan unit or a fuse. It is getting cold here in MA!
Can anyone give me some ideas of where to find the fuse or how to test the motor / switch? If either needs to be replaced are they hard to do?
Thanks for your time!

Message: Went back to some old threads on the site about this issue. Took a gamble that it was the resistor and it was! 10.00 and 10 minutes to fix it. The fan actually works better now than it did the day I drove it home from the dealer for the first time.
