I had a 'Jiffy-Lube' in Austin put ATF+3 in my 45RFE behind my '01 4.7,,,sucker started slipping like a mofo' about two blocks away. I chewed the ever living shiznit out of that guy. DEFINITELY need ATF+4 in a 45RFE.

Amazon pretty cheap
