Thanks, but in my original post I stated that the cat. is relatively new. Only about 6 months on it now.

Sorry I can't help but I have a question to add. Sorry to hijack your tread.
How do you reset the computer to eliminate the light? I know I can disconnect the battery but is there an easier way?

You can take off the power supply going into the pcm off. I believe it clips in place like the rest of wires.
