Unless you are trying to tweak for just the right rpm at the drag strip, you won't notice a big difference going from 3.92 to 4.10. I'd go to 4.56 to see a change.

I got mine from 4wheel parts and installed for 1200 + 2 year warranty. Can't beat that with a stick with warranty..... working great now for the past 35k
