Does anyone know where I can get a good exploded view of the 8.25 rear end? Preferably a mechanical drawing or picture (online). I am trying to troubleshoot one for a friend in Cinn. OH and I'm in Indy, IN. Thanks for any help. His V8 Sport hit the 45K blues...and he needs some help identifying parts.

go to google search and click on images.
type in "rebuilding 8 3/4 rear end" this had good size pictures with info

you're right genI... but put "rebuilding 8 3/4 rear end" in a google search and it comes up with stuff about 8.25's and 9.25's.
i tried it before i replied about it.. lol
