Message: yes, they are 4" round lites. however good luck troubleshooting the fogs... could be a multitude of things. most common is a bad headlight switch. after much agony i just did the aftermarket thing and hid the switch out of sight. its pretty easy shouldnt take more than an afternoon, some creativity is involved with the brackets, but any of the 4" kits will work just fine.
sorry i couldnt help more, but good luck

Message: I would try to find out why your current fog lights are not working before trying to rip everything out - Dodge didn't leave a convenient way to mount aftermarket fog light brackets inside of those holes.
First off check the fuses under the hood, then check the fuses on the side of the dash on the driver's side. Use a multimeter if possible because sometimes the breaks can be hard to spot on the little fuses.
After that, check the bulbs and see if they're blown out - all you have to do is reach up from below the bumper and twist the socket to pull them out from behind.
If that doesn't work then check the headlight switch, quite often the contacts can fail. If that is working ok then check the relays.

Message: To answer your question. First i would unplug the factory harness from the fogs and get a voltmeter and make sure your getting voltage to the lights. If your not i would go with ohming out the switch and fuse for the fogs making sure the switch didnt fail in the open position. Next i would locate the relay under the hood and check all the contacts on the cube relay make sure the coil on the relay isnt burnt out which wont allow the normally open and normally closed contacts to open or shut when the coil is energized. hope this helps you out. Im not a car mechanic. I do hvac so i am pretty good at troubleshooting electrical schematics cuz thats all i do. Im just trying to save you some money on those fogs you may not need to replace if its just a simple problem. If its just the bulbs just remember to wear gloves so you dont touch them with your hands the oil from your hands will pop the bulb instantly once they are powered up. hope this helps you out.

Message: you should be able to just chop the factory harness connector splice in with a weather tight connector and just hook up your power and ground so you can still be able to use your factory switch. If your trying to add more foglights just splice into the existing harness with the power and ground and throw some black wire loom to cover the wires on their and a couple zip ties and itll be lookin good.
