Message: You will have to do all of the calculations for your self. There is no way that the 2.93" pully will create the same boost level on three different superchargers on hundereds of different vehicle combinations.
What you need to do is make adjustements to your pully in small increments untill you get the desired boost level. Keep in mind that many things effect boost. My friend has a procharger on his Silverado S.S. and was running 8psi. He put a full exhaust on it and dropped to about 7psi.
Anyways, without going into a huge explanation of how to get more boost, I would take your stock pully (6 psi right?) and deduct 0.1". See where that gets ya. Also, have you called powerdyne to aks them what size you would need for 9psi. They should have all that info.

Message: yeah I called powerdyne, they wont tell me cause they don't make 9psi for my truck. I guess once I get my new block I will hook up my boost gauge and use trial and error.
I was told when I bought the s/c that it came with the 9# pulley but never had measured it.
Also, what port do i hook the gauge up too? I have the FMU and blow off hooked to the port on the passengerside of the manifold, should I just t- into that?
Thanks Crow

Message: Thats where I have mine hooked.
I would like to hook one in somewhere before the throttle body and intercooler to see how much I loose from the supercharger. But I haven't had the time or the second gauge. I could just relocate the input of my existing gauge for a few days to see.
