How about "The tranny FEELS like IT'S falling out? Two words not spelled correctly.
And the reason the tranny feels like it's falling out is because it is. Don't come to a Dodge site and start crap that some other make of vehicle is better. You won't win. But based on the level of your illiteracy which is highlighted by your spelling and improper use of punctuation, it's no wonder you think Fords are better. I know, you aren't illiterate because you know who your daddy is.

Try being a ASE certified mechanic like me and say that fords are the best..Let me try "fff...oooo.rrr........" yeah, I just can not say it. I will always have a good day at work when the ford stay away. For an example.. Dont even think about getting a rotor of a ford without a torch. Better have some controls arms on hand since they make alot of there out of plastic. Oh yeah and the 5.4 in those trucks will cost you up the ass to fix. Especially when a coil pack goes out witch the will.

Okay, here's a statement that will get mixed responses from everyone........ First off, let me say, the only Ford trucks that are worth anything are the Super Duty's with the Power Stroke Diesel. Secondly, speaking from experience (one of my brothers and my dad are ford guys, my other brother just buy's whatever his wife tells him.. LOL) I can honestly say that up to this point, I like my Dakota better than the F-150's for a couple reasons, first off, the ride is much nicer than the F-150 (brother owns a quad cab, I own a quad cab dakota VERY close wheelbase), secondly, the dakota just feels like it has more power to the rear wheels, better pickup and a smoother idle, Third, back when I had my little toyota taco (2.7 4banger rc 4x4 5spd) I had to pull my brother up his driveway (pretty steep mind you)twice in the winter time when his electronic 4x4 went out both times... and when he owned his '96 explorer, I had to (tried but didn't have enough power with that little toyota) pull him out of a snowbank, again due to the 4x4 going out... so, I will stick with my Dodge just because I can't afford a Super Duty because they are WAY overpriced!

I'm not saying nothing will ever happen to my Dak, but for a truck to only have 36,000 miles on it and lose the 4x4 twice already?? Hmmm..... great quality.

"ford" have u notticed that all the dodge people are comparing the dakota verses ur all mighty dads ford f-150. mid size against a full size. what does that tell u. were not even compareing the ram to the f-150. yet the dakota seems to have more power and probably an all around better truck.

We have owned a 95 Ford Windstar a few years back that was nothing but a lemon. That thing went through not just one, but two motors. The antifreeze would leak inside the engine and was a recall by Ford. Fortunately it was all covered with the recall cuz it happen twice! Not to mention, our Ford dealer was being a real a-hole at the time. Since then all we have owned is Dodge and Chevy (3Mopar, 1chevy) Very good luck with our dodges. 2 very reliable 318's (nothin new) One that was an 88 and had 267,000 miles when we sold it. The 93 magnum 318 we have now has 140,000 on it, each where had very minor to NO repairs. Then Ive got my 93 3.9L V6 Dakota, dont think reliability gets any better! 140k and still running like a gem.
I would only buy a Ford vehicle if it was a Powerstroke or Super Duty. The Powerstroke is a good diesel (Next to the Cummins) But other then that they dont have much that compares to Chevy or Dodge. Maybe you just need to try to own something other then your "Ford" you say you own and your opinions would change. Dont talk sh*t about them unless u have owned each.

Hello
I have found that the Ford F-160 is much faster than anything else. It took a jet off the start. Then we challenged a honda hybrid. Man did we smoke them. It wasnt fair that car has electric and gas where our car had only gas. By the way my dads F-359 burns a quart of quaker state motoroil between. My papa's ford pulled a 10 second quarter mile. Very fast. Then we raced another honda with my daddy's F-599 3x3 four wheel drive super motor. When he hits the fast button the car goes fast. When daddy hits the slow button the car goes fast. In conclusion my daddys car goes fast. (Ps my daddys car is very fast. Faster than the speed of dodge.) Love Acura
