I have a 95-318 now it has 128,000 on it. I'm looking at a 99-RT with 100,000 on it. Is there anything that I should know about 99-RT's? What kind of gas mileage do you get with an RT? My 318 is paid for. Is it worth the change?

Gas mileage CAN be worse. That would be because you may get on the throttle more often once you feel the extra power :)
Other than that should be similar MPG when you are driving casual. If you were talking MPG going from a NEON to a V8 Dakota I'd say you're going to notice it! You already have a 5.2 Dakota. I wouldn't even flinch on buying the 5.9 R/T Dak. Would be a nice upgrade.
