Message: So what's the issue?
Fluid hot or cold, or engine hot or cold?
So long as the level stays between the lines, you should be fine.

Message: I think that would just mean that the fluid isn't getting real hot. Other than that, are you having a problem with the steering?

Message: there is no issue with that, dude, that is very normal with dodge power steering units, didja know that since the early 709's ALL power steering pumps in mopars are built by saginaw steering gear, thats right they are a GM product. Back about 72-73 chrysler rebid the job that had, for about 10 years been made by the Perrysburgh Machining Plant, GM under bid the plant by a whole dollar a pump, and since then they have been made by SSG.
