Here's the story, I contacted paypal the day I posted originally and the only thing I got from them was that it's been to long since I paid. My wife was going to call the bank today and see if they could do anything. I can't since I'm out of the country for a few more months. With the help of N56629 tracking down the original post Sneezer recognized the name. He knew who the seller was and contacted him. What he told him I don't know. But the seller contacted me the next day with the phone number for the UPS store since everything is being shipped through them. He said UPS was giving them a hassle about making a crate to ship it and then trying to decide if it needed to be shipped freight or not. From what the seller told me the items should be shipped today.

It could be that the seller was having problems shipping, got his money and was just being lazy getting around to doing it right. Still no excuse for not keeping in touch.
It'll be interesting to hear Sneezer's side of the story.

I don't have too much else to offer really. I know the guy, he used to have an RT, nitrous, Powerdyne, whole bunch of stuff. Blew the engine, was rebuilding and somebody offered to buy the truck, so he took it. Kept the good stuff and eventually sold it all. All I did was shoot him an email as I had talked to him about 1-2 weeks prior. Next day I got a note from Josh that he had gotten in touch with him, and everything was being worked out. If that did not happen I was going to give him a call after a day or two.
I'm glad I could help and get this sorted out.
