 Subject: Hypertech broke, dealer says new PCM?!?!

I have a hypertech III that I used on my 97 cc dakota 318 which performed very well until it broke. It now reads vehicle mismatch and will not allow me to return to stock or anything.
I asked the dealer if they would flash pcm back to stock. They say they will need to change PCM which is BULL! Where can I go to get this reprogrammed?
