Hey everyone. Weird happenings, truck doesnt want to start in the morning, but starts fine during the rest of the day. its a 92 dak LE 192,000 on it 5.2 liter. Ive replaced the Cap and Rotor. Runs smoother but still had trouble starting the next morning. Once i do get it started, it runs like it has a huge cam in it, then it smoothes out as i continue to drive to work. Any sugestions? Please help.

Check your fuel pressure in the morning before and after you first start it up, I bet the fuel pressure is very low to none and after you start it up, the pressure slowly builds back up. It's a good chance that your fuel pressure is bleeding off overnight but during the day it doesn't bleed off enough to keep your truck from starting. Could be your fuel pump check valve sticking or your injectors leaking.
You could try turning your ignition key to 'on' then wait 3 seconds then back 'off' and 'on' again while waiting a few seconds before turning the key to 'off'. After several cycles the fuel pressure should build up enough to start your truck.
If this works try adding a 50/50 mixture of Marvel Mystery Oil and STP Fuel Injector cleaner (black bottle) at your next couple of fill ups. That should help clean and lubricate the fuel pump check valve and might help with sticky injectors too. Good luck!
