I have blown my 4.7 in my 2001 dakota and i'm selling everything thats still good. I have everything except 3 pistons and rods, and the block was trashed but everythings still good. The motor has 138,000 miles and the good parts are still in good shape. I'm having the motor built by a very well known shop so the parts have been checked out because before knowning about the pistons the 4.7 was being built to make 345 hp and a 150 shot. I also have a set of forged pistons custom built with the top ring lowered so it will withstand a bigger shot. But sense the motor was bad i'm selling these parts and am putting a 360 with 727 tranny and because of the 600 hp motor and the 400 shot i'm selling a huge walled off system in the audio forum

I'd think he'd want the A/C for his new engine. unless he don't need it where he lives.

Sorry to hear that 4.7 scattered! What happened exactly?

So, is that a STOCK intake manifold you have???

I have the 2003 stock one, which is same as 2003 HO one from what I know so I'm cool with that so far.

But, I've wanted a stock one (or whatever is really cheap) just to look at for maybe making something home made in the future. (Got some ideas).

Would you sell the stock intake cheap?

And what state are you in?

sorry forgot to mention the ac is the only thing i really have to keep the other day it was 105 here in Arkansas Fort smith to be specific, and until i get my dakota out of the shop probably on the 10th i have my bike to ride and it gets HOT...lol. It was an oil pump failure so i suggest you guys run a good oil like synthtic because its caused by a bad oil clogging. Make a reasonable offer on the staock intake.

Well it would be something i may wind up disecting to experiment with. So we will have to see what reasonable would be since I'd want CHEAP and not sure what it's worth to you although hopefully in my favour, it wouldn't be an intake someone would actually seek :)

I'd be thinking somewhere in the $25 department?

I'm in AZ. I wonder what shipping would be? Not that it would need to be 2nd day air, etc :p

Hello,

I am interested in purchasing the heads with stock cams, and the intake, throttle body, etc-- basically the top end parts of the engine. I would pay for shipping to FL. I'm looking for a decent and reasonable price-- around $100 plus shipping. Please shoot me an email ASAP if you are interested in negotiating price.
Thank you,
Neil B.
