That is the same truck I have.
I love mine, and have only had to do regular maintenace items.
A few things to watch for:
Front wheel bearings, if you let them get bad, you will wreck tires
Front Brakes - When you replace them, get a good set of aftermarket rotors and pads
Put a Blackmagic fan on it and remove the clutch fan. I have a single 15", but I thing they make a twin fan setup now that is much better.
Alot of people see gains with a CAI
Keep it clean and waxed, cause they look hot with a shine
