Message: All we can tell from your post is you got a 4x4 and electrical problems.
Would be helpful to know the following when you ask these kinds of questions:
Year
Model
Body style (Club Cab, Regular cab, etc). Sometimes it makes a difference in the wiring.

Message: Just had my 2002 4.7l in the dealership with a similar problem. no headlights, interior lights, wipers work only in high or low, no intermitant, no key fobs, electrics lock do not lock at 15mph and work only when they want. Dealer says problem is in the central timing unit that controls all of these. $170 part has to be shipped in and $190 to diagnose and repair. good luck with it

Message: it turns out that it also is the ctm on my truck. i checked for power going into the unit and there was no power coming out of the unit to specific things. stopped at the dealer and picked one up 120.00 plus tax but my extented warr. covered it. good luck to the next guy.

Message: Yes rcspencer and chris are absolutly right about the ctm, its a fairly common problem, and because you have those symptoms, it is almost definite that the ctm is the problem. By now you may have already replaced it though.
