if i punched out my cat, would that do anything?
being that mine is older, i figured it would just help the flow and stuff. its the original exhaust. and being at 120,000 miles, its got to be somewhat clogged by now.

It would probably increase flow. You're right, at 120K miles, it's most likely clogged to some extent. Will it make more power? Doubtfull, but it couldn't hurt either.
