What would be a nice size tire to switch to for my 2000 Dakota R/T. I was thinking 275/55-17. What are some sizes being ran other than stock?

There are a lot of options in the 255/50 size, they are only slightly shorter than the stock tire. Otherwise 275/50 would work, but there are less options for that size.

275/50 looks the best on stock r/ts or even hotchkis ones. wide and perfect diameter. go for the nittos thats waty i have and they look great and are a perfect size

I just got a set of 4 275/60-17 from my dad's bosses Durango R/T. once those are burned up I'm getting new 275/55-17. I think those would look best.
