Does any one know of a site that will tell you want you should be charged for certain repairs?

Or what do you think a ruff est of time would it take to replace both heads and install headers in the process.

thanks

Pending any problems you might encounter in your journey. If you have airtools to take the stuff off and you know what you are doing and have a plan of attack, about half a day to a day with help and no beer breaks. No air tools, you could get it done in two days.Like maybe a weekend or something. But remember Murphy does like to show his head..Goodluck!!!!!

sicminds, Your going to have to call the dealership in your area to find out what the charge will be. cuz each dealership has their own labor rate at which they will charge per hour of labor. for example; sometimes one dealership will charge $90.00 and one other dealership across town will charge $100.00.
*hope this helps, NEW_SOL.

Shops have a book that lists "standard labor rates" -- how long a particular job should take. (That's why they can do estimates on vehicles they may have never seen before.) You should be able to ask any shop to look this info up for you.
