this box replaces the rear seats completely, the plastic tray comes out, and the fold down seats need to come out also. the box is for 2 real 10's, a woofer that is deep, i had the rockford fosgate spl woofers in the box, so almost anywoofer can fit. the box is made of mdf and boatfiberglass, verystrong, and sealed very well. there is a tray in the middle for a amp. the box came out of a 99 dakota, so if you referance mtx, my box will fit the same year trucks that it lists. box has no carpet on it. price is $140 plus shipping,, and the woofers are not included. box is really heavy, and located in so cal, brea area.
