In a pinch, stuff some *clean* 1/4" nylon tubing down the dipstick tube and pull a little at a time out with a big syringe, or a hand vacuum pump into a brake bleeder reservoir, or a (clean) 2-liter pop bottle with the tube poked through a hole drilled in the cap (squeeze, insert tube, release, get red stuff out...).

Don't know if your specific trans has a drain, most don't. If it did, it'd be visible in the pan.

It won't drain itself when overfilled without spitting it out the dipstick or vent tube which is real messy so the guy that told you it will drain itself is stupid. Like Steve said most don't come with a drain from the factory. If it does it will be right in the bottom of the pan just like the oil drain plug on the engine.

If your very much overfull I suggest you drain it down quick or you might blow seals out or the fluid can aeriate which can burn the trans. up.
