I wount to put a 360 ci out of a 1978 dodge power wagon in my 1987 2WD dakota and i wount to puta 5spd in place of the 3spd auto pleas any info would help

Since the 318 was a factory option, it's a pretty easy swap using factory or aftermarket off the shelf parts. You'll also need to upgrade suspension for the added weight, and the cooling system. 5 speeds were also factory equipment, so just cruise the bone yards or e-bay for all the right parts.
What about emissions?

I am jast going to run headers and strate pipes righit out the back in my state emissions are not a big isshu becouse the 360 will be pusshing 425+HP so i diced to talk to a BIG dodge expert and he is going to look and see if a toploder 4spd will fit in the truck if not i will have to beaf up a old 5spd
