gotta call BS on that one. i have a 3.9 reg cab and cant beat a qc 4.7. i can keep up i guess, but they always have the edge (2 extra cylinders). unless you have a crapload of mods, i say BS.

good job i can belive it if u got a stock 4.7 quad and your 3.9L got some good mods but you wanna race a modded 4.7 quad cab? drive safe but not to safe!
