Subject: New Dual Air Intake IP: Logged
Message: Hey, I recently came across this product from Pro Zen Motorsports. http://www.pro-zen.com/
They feature a dual pipe intake with tig welds and 2 filters which dump into the TB. is anyone familiar with these new intake types? I would think the air would become more turbulent and hinder performance flowing across the two filters. Is this intake better or similar than the standard one inlet? Any comments/reviews would help as I look for an intake for my 4.7L 2004 QC 4x4. Thanks!

Message: That is a stupid product. Judging from the design, you will hamper your air intake. Best to do it right and make a DIY one. I have't seen one product that would even come close to the DIY I fabricated for about $70, ($45 for the filter), based off of design ideas I got in these forums. Its not hard, just try it!
