I have a 91 dakota with a blow up 5.2 in it. I also have a 440 in my shop floor looking for a home. I would like to put the two together with the help or info from someone who has done it. I know about Schumacher, was woundering if ther was cheaper mount and oil pan, and if there were headers. Thanks

Thanks for letting me know about your truck, but I would like to build the one I already have. I do have alot of questions for you, if its not too much of a bother. Like, the oil pan, did you use schumacher mounts or fab your own, same for tranny. From what car did you use the rear end from, and does anyone make any headers? Oh yea, is there any problem with the drivers side valve cover and the brake booster? Thanks again

schumaker is the only one that produces bolt in kits for the the B R/B motor swap in your truck.

it may be costly, but it will all bolt in, clear your brake booster and everything.

They even sell the oil pan, headers and other little do-dads.

since no one makes one for my truck, i made solid mounts for mine. I also used Hedman hugger headers.. they worked on my truck with a little work, but not sure about a genI/II
