Message: Same one i got. It looks like you'll still need a pulley and I'm not sure but it looks like the two auxillary injectors are missing. The charger also requires a flash of your stock computer as well as a "piggy back" computer that controls boost and the timing retard. I'm sure you (Graphite Dak) Could whip up a harness for it. It is a twin screw compressor. I don't think that Kenne Bell is flashing the computer for your year though Graph. Mines the 2000 with the two computers. It is liquid cooled but the oil is self contained. No oil lines to run. I still have the original directions.somewhere.

Message: Hello RaZoR1, do you know what size of KB it is? The KB site doesn't list it.
Is it a 1.5L, or the 2.2 liter piece? Is that listed in your instructions? If not, what is the length of the blower housing, the main black section?
Can the KB blowers be mounted sideways, or upside down? Does the oil have a bottom versus top reservoir? Thanks for any help,
DonW

Message: This type of blower actually replaces your factory intake manifold. Sits right on top. I have seen the kenne bell's for the 5.9's but they are a little different setup. Not sure as to your question on the size of the blower, I'd be interested to find out myself. I only know i have the 6lbs pulley on there. My directions do not say but if you want i can measure the size of the blower. Let me know exactly what you want me to measure.

Message: Thanks for the reply. I am looking for a KB 2200 unit, and there is no information about the 4.7 kit on the internet. It's not on the KB sites.
The KB site says that the 2.2 liter has 3/4" longer rotors than the 1.5 liter unit.
This item on Ebay needs some parts, but I might be able to use just the blower for my 98 Mountaineer. I may be able to get a KB 1.5 custom system for mine, and a 2200 would be easier to mount on an existing system.
It may help if I knew the length of the main housing, just the center black housing. Thanks for any help,
DonW

Message: I looked on their site and they've removed the kit completely. I'm pissed. Hopefully they'll still be able to help me out if i ever have any problems. I'll measure the housing tonight and let ya know.

Message: I would like to have bought it, but I don't believe that it is the large 2200 version. I could not invest $850-$1000 on one that I might have to turn around and sell.
I will contact KB, or one of their dealers. I'll ask them which applications use the 2200 Autorotor, and if it can be mounted sideways, or any angle.
