 Subject: Ghost overhead lights

My overhead lights have started randomly coming on by themselves and then fading to off just like when you exit the truck. Doesn't seem to be any pattern to when the lights come on; sometimes every few minutes, sometimes once or twice an hour. Is very distracting. Truck is a 2001 Quad 5.9 Anyone have an idea ??
