Reg cab or ext cab?? Stripped down package or fully loaded???
A reg cab stripped down stock will run with a good launch of a low 15 seconds. Thats my honest guess since I own a 99 reg cab stripper!

If it is a regular cab Magnum 5.2 then it should run low 15s. The older ones run pretty good.

My Reg cab. short box 5.2 auto ran 15.40's stock. Probably would have gone 15.30 but spin was always a problem. A few bolt on's later and improved traction and it is in 14.60-70 range.
