I'll second the great post comment. That is exactly what I did in the past and it worked. Seems as if this time it didn't. After changing the IAC it ran better but still seemed to want to bogg down every now and then at a light. I ended up running a tank of premium gas and that seemed to help. Tonight I was working around the truck and I decided to disconnect the battery for about a half hour just to reset the computer to default settings. After driving it tonight it seems to be running much better. Maybe with the IAC bad, the computer was compensating to keep it running good and just finally was so far out of the acceptable settings that it started running bad. I guess the real test will be tommorow to and from work.
