From what I understand, use what ever is in there from the factory. Heard not to mix them. Mine has the green, so I stick with it. I don't have the heavy duty, or towing package so that might be why I've got the green from the factory. My brothers '01 QC 4.7 has both of those optional packages and uses the orange antifreeze.
I see he's got a different radiator on his.

If it`s red it`s Zerex-G05. Only difference from store bought is the dye.

for some reason my dodge is pushing coolant into my overflow jug but is not circulating back into the block.ive changed the thermostat 2 times water pump and radiator cap several mechanics say they dont think its the head gasket. but no one knows what it is i need help.
