Subject: 15x8's on a 1995 Dakota IP: Logged
Message: I recently bought 15x8's to put on my 1995 4x4 Dakota and heard a noise coming from hte front end. Took the truck to Dodge and they stated the rim is rubbing on hte Caliper and the only thing that can be done is but the original 15x6's back on the truck. Anyone know if this is really the case? I would like to know if these 15x8's on.

Message: I had the same problem with my 92 x-cab and factory 99 15x8 wheels. The wheels rubbed hard on the banjo bolts. All I needed to do was simply clearance the banjo bolt heads with a grinder. Very little matterial needs to be removed to stop the clearance problems.
