 Subject: flowmaster 40 mufflers

I just got 2 single in single out mufflers for free. I have a 01. 4.7 quad cab 4x4 and now am wondering if i should just put one on. or spend a bunch of money and run true duals with them. or any ideas?? Im still in school so money is an issue but i defenitly want it to rumble and run good?

I had a 40 single installed about a year ago. It has a nice rumble out of the truck, but still about normal inside the truck. If I were you, I would install it, and if you want to go to duals later, that is an option. You still only have one cat that your muffler shop would take out to a single exhaust, or a dual outlet setup.
